Below you will find a list of all of our horses needing sponsors. Sponsorships and donations help us serve the youth in the Capital District for little or no cost to them.
Horse sponsorships go towards the following:
This sweet girl is probably our most well known horse around the farm. She is patient, kind and extremely forgiving making her a perfect teacher for everyone who visits the ranch. She is Quarter Horse and has been with us since 2017.
We pulled this sweet old girl in Jan 2023 from a kill pen in Ohio. This means if someone did not step up to bail her, she would have been shipped to slaughter. She came skinny and scared as people had not been kind to her before us. She has slowly been gaining weight and is a farm favorite among our therapy kids. She has a sweet and gentl

Needing some farrier care, groceries and a chiropractor we decided to help him. He's a late teens Morgan cross who spent his previous life pulling buggies. He can be jumpy and a little bit untrusting at times but we've made big strides since having him home. We can't wait to continue his healing process and see how he fits in with our program.
He came to us Fall of '23 after his owner donated him to us. Knox is a very large OTTB (Off-The-Track-Thoroughbred) that needs a job post race career. He has a playful personality that often needs redirection as he has what we call "baby brain." We are excited to have him here and further his education.
This little guy is a spitfire, who also deep down, under his tough outward appearance truly loves attention. He came to us in the spring of '23 to see if we could help him past some of his behavioral issues. He came to us in the spring of '23 to see if we could help him past some of his behavioral issues. Due to those issues we believe that is how he ended up at a local auction and therefore no one wanted him. We are working hard at trying to figure him out with much guidance from our body worker and vet. He will be leaving for full time training in the spring of '24.
We have many farm upgrades we hope to accomplish this coming year that will not only benefit us but our horses. We strive for a safe and healthy environment for both human and horse.
